Unhealthy food choices also can cause obesity over time. there's a requirement to boost awareness on the very fact that thanks to lifestyle-related diseases, one may need to face complaints of absence, reduced productivity within the office.

Padma Shri Dr. K.K., President of Heart Care Foundation of India (HCFI) Aggarwal states that eating food features a tendency to gather more fat, which may cause insulin resistance. one of the most reasons for this is often the life-style of individuals today. Often people are unable to possess breakfast within the morning and eat unhealthy and quick food during the remainder of the day thanks to running and fast life.
He said that nutriment (fruits, milk, yogurt, salads, dry fruits, sattu, lemonade, sugarcane juice or honey) should get replaced with food (refined carbs with trans fats) during work. People should stock fruits and vegetables within the cafeteria or workplace, with more emphasis on fruits than sweets.

Dr. Aggarwal told, "Nobody should eat more food than necessary. The taste buds are only on the tip and sides of the tongue. If you eat too often, the brain won't get the signal. Eating small grass and chewing them properly gives the brain a touch through taste buds. The brain is indicated only the stomach is one hundred pc full. Thus, what proportion one can eat depends on the fullness of the stomach. "

Some suggestions of Dr. Aggarwal:

* Fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables.
