I too was going to the gym for the last several years but these days I am taking care of some things at home. By doing this my weight is not increasing.

1. Eat well To Stop Gaining Weight During Home Quarantine

Diet is the most important role in fitness. Your body gives the same result as you eat. If you eat well, the response of the body will also be good. If you eat wrong i.e. junk food or fast food, then its effect will also be visible on the body.

If you are at home, you will have a lot of food options in front of you. In such a situation, you have to control yourself and eat the same food which is beneficial for your health.

You have to keep a distance from sweets, oily food, oily snacks, junk food, packed food, etc. Instead, you should eat green vegetables, fruits, fruits, dry fruits, salads, etc.

All these things will keep you healthy and your weight will not increase. If you want to eat junk food or dry food then you can eat once a week.

2. Stay Active Stop Gaining Weight During Home Quarantine

The risk of infection due to the coronavirus remains in the gym. All kinds of people come to the gym and exercise on the same bench for workouts. Here they get sweat and bacteria.

In such a situation, if someone does a workout on that bench, then there is a risk of infection. Due to this, the gym has also been closed.

So instead of sitting at home, do bodyweight exercise. If you live in a less crowded area then you can go and run in a garden. Also, you can do bodyweight workouts there.

3. Drink Healthy 

If you are at home then you have the comfort of food and drink. That is, you do not have to go out to take anything. There is usually a stock of things in the house.

You start your day with tea and after that, there are at least 4-5 teas during the day. Cold drink and other soft drinks separately in the afternoon thereafter.

If you do this then the weight will increase, because tea-soft drinks contain a lot of sugar and blank calories. Instead, start your day with green tea instead of sugar tea. Take an apple together.

If needed, you can take healthy fruits and vegetable juice.
