Step To Do Sarvangasana


  1. Lie flat on the back.
  2. Take a breath and then exhale, after that raise both your legs upwards.
  3. On raising both the legs upwards, where they make an angle of 90 degrees from the ground, stop them there.
  4. After that make Uttanapadasan pose.
  5. While exhaling, raise your waist upward, push the legs back towards the head.
  6. Support the waist with both hands.
  7. Keep your legs, back, and waist straight.
  8. Stretch your toes towards the sky and keep your eyes focused on the toes.
  9. Remain in this position for some time and keep the breath normal.
  10. Slowly return to the previous state.
  11. Repeat this process three to four times.


3. Halasana for Improve Brain Power

Halasana is a good asana to increase your memory. It calms your nervous system, reduces stress and fatigue. Plow posture improves blood circulation and vitality. To do this asana, first of all, lie down on your back with your hands straight and feet in front of a yoga mat.

Now fold both your legs from here at the waist and make them up. Keep both your hands on the ground. Now try to gently place both the legs behind your head from the ground. Do this according to your ability and then come to your initial state.

4. Tadasana For Increase Brain Power

Tadasana yoga posture helps to increase memory power by sharpening your mind. This simple standing posture helps you focus your breathing, which will give you comfort. This asana can also relieve headaches and insomnia. To do Tadasana, first of all, spread a yoga mat and stand on it.

Keep a short distance between your two legs. Now raise both your hands. Tuck the fingers of both hands together. Now turn both your palms upside down, in which the palms of your hand will remain on the uneven side.

Now pull both hands upwards and lift the ankles of the feet up and stand on the feet. Stay in this posture for 20-30 seconds and then lower your hands to normal.

5. Doing Padmasana Increase Brain Power

Padmasana is a meditation posture, it keeps our mind calm by removing stress and fatigue which helps us in increasing our memory power. This is a good resting position. To do Padmasana, first of all, spread a yoga mat and sit on it in Dandasana posture. Keep your spine straight. Now bend your right leg and place it on the left thigh. Now bend the left leg and place it on the right thigh. Straighten both your hands and keep them on both knees. Close your eyes and concentrate.

Bhramari Pranayama improves your memory as well as concentration. It helps to release any negative feelings from your mind and also calms you down. You can also use it as an antidote for stress or fatigue. To do this asana, you should sit in a Padmasana or Sukhasana by laying a yoga mat on the ground in a quiet place. Now close the ear with the thumb of both your hands. Place both your index finger on the forehead and close your eyes with the remaining fingers. Now slowly bend forward and grab the toes with both your hands. Put your head on your knees. Do this asana for 20 to 60 seconds.
